Sam leads AMPD as Managing Director, starting his career at Ericsson and adidas in Europe, quickly rising to lead global strategy roles. Sam then drove growth at Zara and Nespresso, before joining Lacoste in Japan as Head of Marketing and Digital. Sam then joined Amazon in Japan. Between 2016 and 2020, he led Prime Video’s Customer Insights, Marketing, Creative, & Brand Strategy, helping to take Prime Video to #1 in Japan by 2018. Starting in 2021, he served as CMO for Amazon Prime Video in Southeast Asia, launching the service in August 2022. Sam joined AMPD in April 2023.
