Dr. Soraj Asavaprapha has served as Chairman of the Board, Acting CEO, and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) since November 2023. He also held the position of Company Director at Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited, a role he occupied since October 2021, contributing to the broader JAS Group’s operations. Dr. Asavaprapha’s experience in corporate management and his roles within the JAS Group position him to oversee the company’s strategic direction.

JAS is a holding company focused on telecommunications and IT, listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange. JAS operates in three segments: Internet TV Business, Digital Asset & Technology Solution Business, and Other Businesses. The Internet TV segment provides platforms and content, including Thai, international titles and Sports. In January 2025, JAS officially signed an intercontinental online contract with The Football Association Premier League Limited (Premier League) to broadcast Premier League and FA Cup for 6 seasons, from 2025/26 to 2030/31. The agreement covers full broadcast including live broadcasts, reruns, and highlights in 3 countries: Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. JAS targets 3 million subscribers in the first year of broadcast. The 2025/26 season will begin on August 16, 2025, available for nationwide viewing on Monomax streaming.

JAS’s Digital Asset & Technology Solution Business includes Bitcoin mining, telecoms services, and ICT solutions like system integration and cloud computing. The Other Businesses segment covers telecommunication systems, office space rental, and clean energy projects, such as solar rooftops. In 2023, JAS sold its 3BB Broadband Internet business and JASIF investment units, a transaction that allowed the company to redirect resources toward new ventures.
