Chris Jung is the current CEO of KT Studio Genie, a key media content company under the KT Group. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University and an MBA from Washington State University in the United States. Prior to his current role, Mr. Jung held significant positions at prominent companies, including Head of Consumer Products & Online Services (Executive Director) at Microsoft Korea from 2001 to 2011, and Head of Operations (Senior Executive Director) at Showbox, a major film production and distribution company, in 2017. From 2018 to 2023, he served as Vice President at Merry Christmas, a film production company where he was involved in notable projects such as the Netflix sci-fi blockbuster movie "Space Sweepers" (2021) and the hit web-toon based drama "Love Revolution" (2020). Appointed CEO of KT Studio Genie in December 2024, Mr. Jung now spearheads the company's efforts to expand its media and entertainment business.
